In 1993, Val launched her career as a Realtor, then shifted her focus to real estate appraisals. By 2007, she earned her Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA P. App.) designation from The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and became active in the Manitoba real estate market, carrying out appraisal evaluations for mortgage financing, matrimonial division of assets, estate settlements, power of sale, expropriation, and purchase and sale requirements.
Val studied at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business; is a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Winnipeg Realtors Association and Manitoba Real Estate Association; a proud mentor to Candidate Appraisers through the AIC; and is a forever learner who’s invested in professional development and the latest real estate market news.
In her spare time, Val enjoys being in Cottage Country or on the golf course.
